We want you to be completely satisfied with your home comfort investment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that custom-ordered furniture and installed fixtures may be subject to specific restocking guidelines.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized home items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
